Going Potty

Here’s a quick tip for storing all those plastic flower pots which congregate in corners of your garden.

I spoke very nicely, to a very nice young man in a local supermarket who let me have some of the plastic crates which they use for transporting and often displaying fruit and veg. I then spray painted the bright green crate black which would better blend in with my grey fence and not make an obvious feature of my potting corner.

Screw the crate to the fence or wall and instantly not only do you have handy storage for all your pots but it lifts them off the ground to give you more useable space underneath – to fill with more garden stuff!
